COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course aims to expose BAMS students to the nature of the Internet and its services, in order to learn about the role of the Internet in the creation and use of multimedia products. This course also touches on the basic aspects of creating a website and delivering multimedia content through it.

COURSE GOALS:

At the end of the course, the student should:

  • understand the principles of behind common internet services
  • have familiarized themselves with the different services of the internet and be able to select
  • appropriate services and tools for personal and professional use
  • be able to develop basic websites using different web development tools and platforms
