Cecille A. Moldez

Assistant Professor of Information and Communication

I am Asst. Prof. Cecille A. Moldez, a faculty member of the Faculty of Information and Communication Studies at the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU). My research interests include Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Analytics, and the application of Gamification in Open and Distance e-Learning (ODeL).

At UPOU, I teach various courses across different programs. Under the Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Studies (BAMS) program, I handle MMS 101 (Fundamentals of Information Technology) and MMS 140 (Mathematics in Multimedia). In the Diploma in Computer Science (DCS) program, I teach CMSC 201 (Discrete Mathematics). I also handle Math 10 as part of the General Education curriculum. Additionally, I mentor students in MMS 200, an undergraduate special project course for the BAMS program.
