Decentered Human Communication Research Group is a space for advancing the scholarship of and mentoring on communication as constitutive of organization (CCO) as a framework. CCO scholarship assumes that organization emerges in and is sustained and transformed by communication. Through the CCO lens, an organization is seen as a configuration of human and non-human agents.

This research group aims to provide a collaborative platform for scholars, researchers, practitioners, and graduate students to explore innovative approaches to development communication, digital engagement, and technology-mediated social transformation.

Anchored in development communication, digital media studies, and interdisciplinary research methodologies, the group seeks to bridge theory and practice by generating research, capacity-building initiatives, and public engagement activities that respond to emerging societal challenges in the digital age.
